I’m Whitney — a storyteller, ritualist, and creative rooted in sacred slowness, and intuitive expression. My work lives at the intersection of healing and art — blending visual content, grounded strategy, and soft ritual to support those walking a more intentional path.

Through Seed + Savor, I create spaces — digital and physical — for restoration, beauty, and reconnection. This includes wellness-based content and product photography through, inspiration through my weekly blog and ritual resources for mindful living. I am a certified mindfulness coach and yoga instructor. Everything I share is guided and shaped by my love for storytelling, and creative integrity.
